Cancellation Policy

All bookings requiring cancellation, must be advised in writing. Cancellations are only accepted on

Shoulder/Low Season
0 – 20 days / NO SHOW 100% cancellation
21 – 60 Days : 35% cancellation
61 – 90 Days: 25% cancellation

High Season
0 – 40 days / NO SHOW 100% cancellation
41 – 60 Days : 35% cancellation
61 – 90 Days: 25% cancellation
